My Story

Hello! My Name is Carissa, and I am a freelance graphic designer in Maine. I hold a master's degree in Visual Communication Design from Liberty University and a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Southern New Hampshire University. With four years of professional experience, I approach each creative project with passion and a fresh, modern design perspective.

In my spare time, I work as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor, teaching self-defense and the sports aspect of martial arts to women and children. I adore dogs and would appreciate seeing pictures of your fuzzy companion as we get to know each other and work on your creative design idea!

My expertise extends to a wide range of technologies and applications, including Apple, Windows, Wacom Intuos Pro Paper Edition, and Cricut Maker. I'm proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Additionally, I have experience with Hostinger, Wix, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Canva, and Cricut Design Space. I'm always eager to learn new programs and technologies to enhance my creative design style and adapt to project requirements.

I'm excited to get to know my clients and work together to create the perfect imagery for them. Your creative ideas are my top priority in bringing your inner ideas to life, and I look forward to the collaborative process.
