My Story
Hello! My Name is Carissa, and I am a freelance graphic designer in Maine. I have a master's in Visual Communication Design from Liberty University and a bachelor's in Graphic Design from Southern New Hampshire University. With three years of professional experience, I approach each creative project with passion and fresh modern design perspectives.
In my spare time, I work as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor with women and children, teaching self-defense and the sports side of martial arts. I adore dogs and would appreciate seeing pictures of your fuzzy companion as we get to know each other and work on your creative design idea!
My expertise extends to a wide range of technologies and applications, including Apple, Windows, Wacom Intuos Pro Paper Edition, and Cricut Maker. I'm proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, XD, Procreate, Hostinger, Wix, Microsft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, and Cricut Design Space. I'm always eager to learn new programs and technologies to enhance my creative design style and adapt to project requirements.
